I love Y.S. Bee Farms honey, but in this case I don’t love paying more than $16 to receive 1 jar of it. After placing my order for 5 jars (at a cost of around $7 or $8 a jar including the $9 something shipping fee) I received a call from a (nice) smileherb  representative informing me that even though I’d been able to successfully order 5 jars on their website, as it turned out, all they had left in stock was a single jar and would I still like to order that 1 jar. Not realizing I’d be charged the same shipping fee for 1 that I’d agreed to for 5, I said yes. It soon arrived in good condition, but left me with less than a good taste in my mouth forking out double what I’ve ever paid for this delicious honey previously.

Thank you for your feedback, Michael! We do always offer to backorder anything that isn't on the shelves at the moment, to ship for free upon arrival. As a small business, our shipping fee rarely covers the cost of shipping and we try to keep it low for the sake of our customers. I hope this helps. :)
