This is great sea moss I saw a comment criticizing it, as long as it’s prepared correctly (cleaned then soaked in natural spring water for 12 hours) it is phenomenal for your body.

I'm not familiar with this type of sea moss, if this is in fact irish sea moss.  It looks like grape nut cereal and therefore I've not used it. It was a waste of my money.  I'm ordering from another business.
