Contains: Mullein, Lungwort, Marshmallow Leaf, Holy Basil, Lemon Balm, Eucalyptus, Peppermint
Directions: Use 1-2 tsp of herb blend per 8 oz of water.
Pour boiling water over the herbs. Steep, covered, until cool enough to drink. Strain & drink 2-3 cups daily.
