The Nerve Soother Tea was formulated by herbalist Susan Trial, and is a Vata-pacifying blend, designed to soothe anxiety, jangly nerves, and restlessness. It is both gentle and effective, and perfect for unwinding after a long day.
Ingredients: Lemon Balm, Holy Basil, Milky Oat Seed, Red Rose, Marshmallow Root, Fennel Seed, and Ginger Root
Directions: Add 8oz of boiled water to 1 tsp of herb mix, steep for 15-20 minutes, strain and enjoy!
