This blend, put together by Herbalist Sarah Richards, is a gentle, supportive formula designed to enhance the body's natural immune responses.
Ingredients: Elderberries, Peppermint, Orange Peel, Ginger Root, Fennel, Licorice Root
Instructions: Add 1 tablespoon of the blend to 2 cups of water and simmer 15 minutes. The suggested dosage is 1/2 cup 3-4 times daily.
