Give 2 drops per 4 pounds of child's body weight 4 times per day (e.g. 20 drops for a 40 pound child). Mix in juice or water. CONTRAINDICATIONS
For serious viral or bacterial infections consult a physician. ADDITIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS
Add dietary sources of vitamin C and flavonoids such as amla fruit, citrus, blueberries, rosehips and other berries. Also include dietary sources of carotinoids such as sweet potatoes, pumpkins, winter squash, red and yellow peppers, beets, dried apricots, carrots, etc. Zinc, found in pumpkin seeds, is also helpful.
